On this week’s episode Beth sits down with an old friend, Dr. Sonia Alvarez Robinson. Sonia is a PHD in Human and Organizational Systems, which means that she is an expert in helping people be their best every day at work. She is the Executive Director for an internal consulting group at a major university, and in that role she helps executive leaders to make good decisions and navigate change. She is also a professor at the same university and she teaches a course called Building Personal and Organizational Resilience: Overcoming Acute Shocks and Chronic Stressors, in that course she teaches college students to help navigate and manage changes, adversity, and uncertainty in their lives. Sonia is also a life coach and her specialty is helping people to navigate transitions, whether that be marriage, divorce, new child, job loss, or career changes. She works to help people figure out where they want to go next and how to live their best life.
Sonia delivers a wealth of knowledge, and wisdom. This is an amazing, and powerful interview and we hope you find it as impactful as we did.
