If you're having trouble finding bread - or just want to try something new - try Chaffles. Chaffles are waffles made of eggs and cheese and sometimes flour to make it more bread-like. You can make them in a waffle iron or on the stove top (without the waffle grids).

Here's the recipe: 1 egg + 1/2 cup of mozzarella (or cheese of your choice). Add 1 tbsp. of flour for a more bread - like consistency.

The great part: you can add any sweet or savory addition! Think garlic, cheddar cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, whatever you can imagine!
