Eating Disorders may trigger for autoimmune diseases: Celiac and Crohns. Previous studies have examined the link between Celiac and subsequent diagnoses of eating disorders. This study showed a correlation between an existing Eating Disorder diagnosis and subsequent activation of Celiac Disease.

College prep for a gluten free students requires more then just rolling up on move-in day and settling in. The process of transitioning safely should begin well in advance - at the time High School students begin visiting schools.

There is one office that often gets overlooked but is critical for gluten free and celiac students: The Office of Disability Support. This office serves as the internal liaison for accommodations as well as support for accommodations. Please visit this office!
