God Encounters Today Podcast

John 10:10 says "The thief comes ONLY to steal, kill and destroy; I came that they might have life and it abundantly." In this slow burning podcast, James poses how the enemy, the devil speaks to us. He is a lair and the Father of Lies! He often speaks to us personally in the "first person" about himself to trick us into thinking those thoughts are about us. Then he uses the same narrative to trick us into hearing and believing fake news. God might be slow, but He is always on time. He appeared too late on the scene with Lazarus, and the situation "stinketh", but Jesus was right on time. So don't Give Up! The Third Day God is About to Speak a Word! Today, Nov. 3rd is National Election Day in the United States of America. Your host, James W. Goll, felt directed to bring us an exhortation to "not give the devil an opportunity" and to "stop grieving the Holy Spirit." How? Our theme verse tells us to not let any "unwholesome speech come forth from our mouth"! So whether your party wins or loses, your candidate did well or not, we are called to rise above the chatter and live by the Sermon on the Mount! In fact, it is Time for a National Day of Forgiveness. Now that would do a lot to heal the great divide! Let's be Kingdom people and walk in another realm!

On this episode of God Encounters Today Podcast, James W. Goll welcomes special guest, Jason Ford, who together share testimonies about God Encounters of a Heavenly kind. Jason shares about a recent experience where an angel named Compassion came and touched him with a hot stone and brought healing to his back while in the midst of pain in the hospital while undergoing surgery. James and Jason pray into this together to release compassion and mercy into each of your lives for such a time as this.

In this faith building episode, James shares a dream that helped guide his steps during a difficult time of spiritual warfare. The Holy Spirit spoke to him, "And your enemies will become like grasshoppers in your own sight." This is a flip on what happened with the 10 spies who gave a bad report concerning the land they were to posses out of Numbers 13. They saw the enemy as large and foreboding so that empowered the enemy to act that way. James challenges us that our attitude determines our perspective which shifts our vision and level of faith. Let's arise and become Giant Slayers instead. Order James' newest book, "The Scribe", at www.jamesgoll.com

For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision." Your host, James W. Goll shares with us from another dream encounter where the Lord woke him up showing him a mountain, a valley and a field and heard a word, "Joel 3:13, 14". Quietness is the Incubation Bed for Revelation! The theme scripture for this episode comes from Isaiah 30:15. In this God Encounters Today Podcast, James W. Goll takes us into one of his journals and shares amazing insights on how times of "Suspension Leads to Inception." The act of Suspension requires a Divine Resolution.
