The background music used is modulating at 528Hz frequency, which is known to reduce cortisol levels, the stress hormone in our body, and increase healing energy. For best results listen to these affirmations for 21 days. Step 1. Find a comfortable position, it can be sitting or lying. If listening at bedtime, there’s no need to stay up for the affirmations that will be absorbed by your subconscious mind. Step 2. For this exercise pretend for a moment that the air you breathe is filled with love, joy, and abundance. To start your therapy, take a deep breath through your nose and exhale any fear, negative thoughts, or worry about the past, present, or future through your mouth. Step 3.
