    Dr. Steven Hatcher has created a patient-centered practice with an emphasis on personalized attention. He knows that good oral health requires a lifetime commitment to diligent care. He develops lasting relationships to help patients maintain long-term oral wellness. Dr. Hatcher is a University of North Carolina alum, where he majored in biology, and completed undergraduate studies. At UNC, he was awarded a cancer research grant from National Institutes of Health. After graduating from dental school, he began military service at Fort Meade, MD, spending the majority of his time in Washington, DC. Dr. Hatcher has been stationed at Fort Belvoir, the Pentagon, and Fort Meade. Dr. Hatcher is married to Dr. Sona Isharani. They and their daughter Sophie are residents of Greensboro. When Dr. Hatcher isn’t at the office creating stunning smiles, he enjoys time with his family. They like to ski, hike, golf, cook, and travel.

    Kenneth F. Wimberly serves as Chief Visionary Officer for KW Net Lease Advisors, specializing in single-tenant NNN retail and medical office investment sales with a strong background in land sales, lot sales and acquisition, syndications, site selection, bank REO’s, and buyer/tenant representation. His clients include high net worth individuals, REITs, institutional funds, private family endowments, and commercial developers.
    Prior to joining KW Commercial, Wimberly served as a Senior Advisor at Sperry Van Ness. He is founder and managing member of a real estate investment firm, Noble Crest Capital, LLC (NCC). Wimberly served his country during Gulf War I as an aircrew member flying aboard EP-3E aircraft as a CTR (cryptologist technician – Morse code) for the United States Navy, stationed in Misawa, Japan. He has also worked in the insurance/investment field and has held the Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 investment licenses and the Group I insurance license. He received his CCIM designation in 2010 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
    Wimberly is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the Society of Commercial Realtors. Additionally, he served as the 2008 Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Society of Commercial Realtors in Fort Worth. He was presented with the 2012 Charles D. Tandy Award for his exemplary professional standards as a commercial Realtor. He previously served on the RCA/Governing Council of the Texas Association of Realtors. Wimberly received the 2012 William C. Jennings Award for the most outstanding commercial transaction in the entire state of Texas. He is also one of only ten members across the country to serve on the Executive Leadership Council for KW Commercial. Wimberly is the Operating Principal/Franchise Owner of Keller Williams in Abilene, TX.
    He is active in his community and is proud of the 9 years he served as a “Big” in the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program. He has three children, Grace, Knox and Kai, and is married to the girl of his dreams, Amber.     Mark has been an active real estate investor since 2004, so he brought a wealth of knowledge with him when he founded Luxmana Investments in 2011. He started out as a part-time investor––holding a a full-time job in high tech––and his passion for real estate enabled him to escape the rat race of Corporate America. Prior to Luxmana, Mark succeeded in multiple development projects in the trendy Highlands and Berkley areas of Denver, Colorado. Since then, he's acquired dozens of residential and multifamily income properties through Luxmana Investments LLC, which he founded in 2011, and Peak Margin Partners LLC, which he co-founded in 2013.
    Mark has successfully overseen the operations of his own assets, and that of other investors, in Colorado, Texas, Florida and Illinois. This includes his active involvement with MBP Capital and Catalyst Multifamily Management—a highly successful multifamily investment, management and brokerage firm. During this tenure, Mark has had property management oversight of his Dallas area multifamily portfolio, while assisting with acquisitions and dispositions of assets as well.
    Mark also spent over a decade at Seagate Technology where he held senior leadership roles in Marketing, Product Line Management and Sales.
    In addition to being a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, Mark holds a degree in Marketing from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In his spare time, he enjoys theater, camping, cycling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

    Cory Older
    Cory Older, CPA, has worked in finance and real estate for over 10 years and holds an active real estate license in Texas. Cory began investing in rental and development properties in 2005 and then in 2007 accepted the position as controller at Keller Williams Realty International (KW), now the world’s largest residential real estate company. Cory later moved out of finance, and served as Director of KW’s Commercial Real Estate division, and then later led the Global Property Specialist division and the Young Professionals Division. Cory leads property acquisition, sales, and investor relations.
    Cory is also a mentor for the 2019 boys. He has lived in Austin for 10 years and he and his wife Danielle have a three year old son named Hudson. He splits his professional life running a membership division at Keller Williams Realty International and serving as president and co-founder of River City Homes, a residential real estate company focused on urban development in Austin. Cory obtained his bachelors and masters’ degree in accounting from the University of Arizona, and later obtained his MBA from the Acton School of Entrepreneurship.

    Adam Roach
    As a native Hoosier, Adam graduated from Indiana University and was a collegiate tennis player. After IU he traveled west and landed in Beverly Hills, CA. It was there that he refined his business and real estate skills.
    In 2004, Adam became an equity partner in Beverly Hills Tennis while serving as the youngest General Manger in the company’s history. Adam was also named the Southern California Head/Penn Pro of the year in 2008. From 2003-2008, Adam and his investment group bought and sold over $7 million in investment properties. In 2009, he joined Keller Williams Beverly Hills for its entrepreneurial focus and its unparalleled culture. To quote Adam, “KW’s values of God, Family, then Business spoke to my core. Their entrepreneurial spirit and training programs, especially for $25 million and above agents, are priceless.” At the end of 2010, Adam was presented with the opportunity to run the most profitable Keller Williams franchise in the Ohio Valley Region and was asked to become a founding member of The John Maxwell Training Team.
    While leading KW | Indianapolis Metro North, Adam increased the agent count exponentially, grew the associates productivity via his advanced agent productivity training and exceeded all profitability expectations. In June of 2013, Adam was given the opportunity to lead yet another exceptional Keller Williams market center, this time in Charleston, South Carolina.
    In 2014, Adam founded and created the first and only lead generation/communication system specifically for Keller Williams' Team Leaders, called recruiting | bridge. To-date, recruiting | bridge has nearly 55% of all Keller Williams market centers utilizing the system.

    Nick Waldner
    Nick Waldner is a lifelong resident of Maryland who grew up in beautiful Carroll County. An entrepreneur at heart, Nick ran a photography business and joined a start-up that helped develop Cold Stone Creameries prior to his current career in real estate. While handling the commercial real estate for Cold Stone, Nick turned his passion towards residential real estate and has earned his Broker’s License which only about 5% of agents ever achieve! He has now built one of the top successful firms in the area and industry, The Waldner Winters Team.
    Nick enjoys being the Host of the hit reality TV series Waterfront House Hunting on the FYI network.     Patrick Cullinane
    Patrick Cullinane is a lifelong Entrepreneur. He has established and sold several successful companies over the last 30 years. For the last 12 years, he has been living in Utah and running his company Agile Supply Chain Strategies. Agile specializes in logistics and supply chain consulting, brokering and e-commerce fulfillment. They have over 60k sq feet of warehouse and are also the developers of proprietary software called Fr8Logic. In 2015, Fr8logic split form Agile and became its own entity.
    Patrick is a huge believer in entrepreneurship. He dropped out of college to start his first business and never looked back. Patrick is passionate about 1Life Fully Lived and its core purpose of giving back what he has learned.
