    Andrew Cushman has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. After graduation, Andrew worked for a large food company for 7 years in a variety of supervisory positions, including Plant Manager where he was responsible for plant operations, maintenance, plant personal, and plant finances. Andrew specialized in turning around underperforming plants and departments and was relocated to various facilities throughout the U.S. to perform this task. In 2007, Andrew left his corporate position to start a business in real estate investment. Starting off with single family properties, Andrew completed 24 single family transactions (purchase, rehab, sell), all of which earned significant returns for both his business and investors. In 2010, Andrew transitioned to multifamily acquisitions and has successfully syndicated and repositioned 1,646 multifamily units that are providing investors with strong returns. Outside of the business world, Andrew is a certified alpine ski instructor and when not working in real estate enjoys surfing and backcountry skiing.     Daniel Del Real joined PMZ Real Estate in 2004 and since then he has worked passionately to become one of the top agents in Modesto real estate. He prides himself in getting things done and maintaining the needs of his clients as his number one priority. His ability to listen to his clients and his work ethic has enabled him to be in the top 1% of realtors in the Central Valley.
    In Stanislaus County, Daniel works with buyers, sellers and investors and lives by what he teaches to his clients; he is an investor himself, owning over 2.5 million dollars in Central Valley Real Estate. He has helped investors make over 25 million dollars’ worth of investments in the Central Valley, totaling over 2 million dollars in yearly income for his clients.     Anthony Azar is the operating principal of Keller Williams Southern Arizona. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Finance in 1987, immediately entered the banking industry and became a commercial lender in Houston, TX. In his 20's, he moved back to El Paso, TX and founded an electric and light electro-mechanical assembly company in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico (Bortec Industrial, S.A. de C.V.) providing offshore services to multinational corporations. At its peak, the business had 2,500 employees and was sold in the late 90's. In addition, Anthony worked with his family in other businesses including professional employer organizations, commercial real estate investing and mergers & acquisitions (as both an intermediary and investor). Much of Anthony's youth was spent working in the family business, Azar Nut Company in El Paso, TX: A full line nut meat processor/ packager/ distributor and candy manufacturer.

    Courtney Atkinson went to Mount Allison University where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in English and History. During that time, he was also a Captain of the Mount Allison Football team where he played Centre on the offensive line. From there, Courtney started his career in customer service with a Ford dealership where he worked for two years before deciding he wanted to go to grad school.
    In 2001, Courtney moved to Saskatoon to go to the University of Saskatchewan where he completed his Masters in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Finance. While there, he worked as the VP Finance of the U of S Graduate Students’ Association and as a Small Business Banker with CIBC.
    In 2003, Courtney moved to Lethbridge. He began working at the University of Lethbridge as a Manager in the Registrar’s Office and was later offered a position as a Manager in Human Resources and through his involvement in the creation of the Faculty Recruitment Office, he found himself in the position of helping new Faculty and Staff find homes in Lethbridge.
    In this role, Courtney was doing a great deal of work helping people and their families relocate to Lethbridge and eventually decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. This helped him combine his customer service background, business education, and his desire to see more direct outcomes in his client relationships.
    When Courtney began his career in real estate, he started as a Buyer Specialist. In that capacity, he worked only with buyers helping them find their dream homes. By Courtney’s second year in real estate, he had become one of the top agents in Lethbridge. It was time to form his team. He immediately hired a Buyer Specialist and Office Administrator to support his client's needs. Since then, Courtney has hired a number of key people to support their clients and they became the #3 producing Century 21 team in all of Canada, and the #1 team in Alberta.

    Scott Crouch began his life as an abandoned baby. Today, he is a successful real estate entrepreneur, directly involved with the sale of billions of dollars of real estate throughout Arizona, California, and Hawaii.
    In 1966, he was adopted by Don and Marilyn Crouch and was raised in South Phoenix. After graduating from South Mountain High School, Scott attended Arizona State University. After college he began selling resale homes and expanded his interests in Real Estate. In 1993, he was named the New Home Sales Person of the Year in Arizona by the Home Builders Association.
    In 1997, Scott took a gamble and accepted a position with the Austin, Texas-based Keller Williams Corp. working for co-founder Gary Keller. Thru coaching, training and consulting real estate agents in the Valley, Keller Williams was fast becoming a BOLD force. Since joining Keller Williams International, Scott has successfully helped launch four Keller Williams’ franchises in Scottsdale, Tempe, Ahwatukee and Phoenix, which collectively employ more than 700 agents with more than $1.5 billion in residential real estate sales.
    In 2005, Crouch was recognized as the 40 under 40 Businessman of the year in the Phoenix Business Journal. Scott Crouch has also been recognized as the Southwest Regions Team Leader of the Year, Coach of the Year, and is a member of the Southwest Region Hall of Fame for Keller Williams. He also co-owns the Northern California and Hawaiian region for Keller Williams International which currently exceeded 11 Billion Dollars in real estate sales, which also enables Scott to coach and consult with some of the top real estate agents in North America.

    Given his deep desire to always give back, Scott strives to help children and those less fortunate whenever possible through his philanthropic work.     He and his wife Lori have been married for 28 years and have 4 children ranging in age 9-15 Tyler, Zach, Nevaeh and Brycen.
