A product of the Brentford youth system, he made his senior debut in 2005 and remained with the club until 2012, when he joined Millwall. A League Two title-winner during his playing days at Brentford, Karleigh has been Brentford Women's Head Coach since 2018.
Karleigh joins the likes of Marcus Rashford, Tyrone Mings, Troy Deeney, Wilfried Zaha and Chloe Morgan on the most Football Black List an initiative celebrating the most influential Black people in the British game. He is currently head coach of Brentford Women and first team coach at Walton Casuals.
