In this twenty minute guided meditation session, we use the sounds and noises of our environment to practice mindfulness. Often, we find sounds and noises to be distractions while we’re trying to meditate. However, sounds and noises can become the focus of the practice and a way to train our mindfulness muscle. This practice uses the sounds in our environment and around us, whether they’re ambient noises or sudden sounds, to reach a meditative state.
