  • The #1 Symptom in IBD - Fatigue can be a vital sign that gives us insight into more

    We get it, fatigue can be so overwhelming with IBD! In this podcast, we discuss the primary causes of fatigue, including: inflammation, decreased food intake, and nutrient deficiencies. We emphasize the importance of nutrition in managing fatigue and highlight how nutrition, stress, and overall health are all connected.

    We have seen a 90% improvement in fatigue in the clients we work with, so that has been encouraging that fatigue can improve with proper support!
