My guest Gwen Miller and I have a few things in common. We love what we do, we enjoy educating our students to the best of our ability and…we especially adore cats. But we also have something in common that isn’t worthy of our affection - we both have a condition called, Osteopenia.
You may recall, Gwen’s last visit to All Things Pilates in Season 5 and we celebrated her book, Safe Movement For All Spines. For this episode, we’ll focus on living with and perhaps healing from Osteopenia. For those entering menopause or post menopause, Gwen is a walking library on the different stages and conditions of our spines, and how dealing with BMD, bone, mineral, density factors into a healthy spine.
