The Razor's Edge: Happiness

Healing From Death of a Loved One

The death of a loved one is one of the most difficult experiences in life. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and everyone copes with loss in their own way. However, there are some things that can help you on your journey to healing.

Acknowledge your pain. It is important to allow yourself to feel your grief, no matter how difficult it is. Don't try to suppress your emotions or pretend that you are okay when you are not.

• There are a number of things we can do to become more malleable, such as:
  • Be open-minded. Be willing to consider new ideas and perspectives, even if they are different from our own.
  • Be adaptable. Be willing to change our plans and behaviors in response to changing circumstances.
  • Be resilient. Be able to bounce back from setbacks and failures.
• Malleability is essential for happiness in all areas of our lives, from our careers to our relationships to our personal growth.
