But it doesn't stop there – get ready to dive deep into the world of emotions and learn why truly feeling and experiencing them without judgment or attempts to fix them is vital for a happier brain.
Parents, you're in for a treat! This episode is a treasure trove of wisdom designed to help you enhance your emotional regulation skills and forge a deeper connection between the food you eat and the moods you experience. But don't worry – the relevance of these insights extends to everyone seeking to elevate their emotional well-being.
