At a recent retreat, I was lucky enough to meet Astrid Eden.  Astrid is a psychedelic sex witch, who supports clients with healing and transformation using holistic sex coaching and microdose consulting, as well as magic. 

Her energy was nothing short of magnetizing, and what fascinated me the most was how she tapped into her inner feminine. But it hasn’t always been this way for Astrid. After rejecting herself in her first marriage, suppressing her truth and how she wanted to live and express herself, Astrid suffered the painful experience of divorce and punished herself for what she deemed a failure. 

In this episode, I got to chat with Astrid about her journey to cultivating a healthy, beautiful relationship with her inner feminine. She also reminds us of the importance of having compassion and empathy for ourselves, especially if we are in a place of rejection, separation, or divorce.
