[07:21] I have evidence that MLMs aren’t all fake, but this podcaster still triggered me
[07:40] This podcaster was also criticizing life coaches
[08:56] Life coaches are not here to correct trauma
[09:43] I realized in listening to someone say something triggering in a podcast, I needed to use it as a self coachable moment
[10:07] Being challenged isn’t bad
[11:08] So I coached myself through my triggers by telling myself these things
[11:48] About 45 minutes into the podcast, the show host said something that made the walls come down
[12:36] The reality was the host was afraid of becoming like Rachel Hollis
[13:55] By fearing she would be like someone, she acted like them
[14:40] Had she been my coaching client, what I’m sharing with you is what I would have worked through with this podcast host
[15:07] I talk about coaching myself through discomfort
[16:18] I’m going to ask you to do something to help yourself right now
[17:34] I hope I succeeded with my mission of this episode today
