[17:40] Less than a year after the move, I was weaning off of my medications

[19:26] A lot of us are afraid of feeling super soulful stuff
[20:01] I share where I’m at today with my mental health
[21:14] I believe in talk therapy, life coaching, and having a safe space with no judgment
