After doing a lot of research learning a lot about narcissism and working with so many people and also having a personal experience.
One thing that makes you an easy supply for the narcissist or a psychopath or any other form of the abuser is an "emotional vulnerability".
When you are vulnerable meaning when you have lost someone to death when you how come out of the, an abusive relationship.
When you are going through something really emotionally breaking in your life.
When you feel that you need someone's support. In such a situation, the narcissist or any form of the abuser presents him or herself as the exact person.
As the exact source of support that you need in such a situation.
They say the exact words, do the exact actions where you feel you know someone is there to take care of you. Someone is there with whom you can share your pain.
In fact, these people keep looking for people who are emotionally vulnerable and take advantage of that vulnerability.
So, it's advised and suggested that when you are dealing with a big issue in your life. Issues such as someone's death, you know coming out of an abusive relationship extra or anything that is affecting you emotionally at a deeper level.
Do not get into new relationships because it is then you become the supply for a narcissist.

Acknowledging that you have been through a lot of pain and you have been to hell and came out of it but what now?
-
What choice do you have now?
Apparently, you have two choices,
Number one: You can continue to suffer by allowing the narcissist to abuse you even in their absence meaning you can let the pain, the anger, the hurt, the betrayal, the injustice, and all of those emotions break your spirit crush your soul and heart and keep you STUCK in CHAINS.
Or
Number Two: You can choose the path of liberation healing and transformation which of course isn't easy and requires a lot of efforts from you but it's worth.
You can choose to deal with the emotional baggage that you have been carrying for so long now. You can give yourself a chance to blossom into a beautiful flower now.
Knowing that you deserve a life that is free from suffering that is full of peace joy and happiness. You can choose to seek help if you do not know how to do all of this.
You can choose to stop masking and avoiding your pain.
What do you choose now? The choice is only yours.

Narcissistic abuse leaves you doubting your own mind, with a body stuck on alert and a trauma bond that keeps pulling you back to the person who hurt you. This podcast names what is really…
I'm Danish. I survived narcissistic abuse myself, and I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and certification as an Advanced Clinical Trauma Specialist.
Every episode takes one hidden piece of the abuse and says it plainly: covert narcissists, narcissistic mothers and the families that protect them, gaslighting, hoovering, the silent treatment, the discard, smear campaigns, no contact, and what goes on inside a narcissist when you finally leave.
Episodes also go into what the abuse does to you: CPTSD, a nervous system that cannot switch off, body symptoms doctors cannot explain, the grief, the shame you carry in silence, and the slow road back to trusting yourself.
If you are trying to understand a narcissist, heal from narcissistic abuse or break a trauma bond, start with any episode. Free resources and the healing community: emotionalabuserecovery.com
