In this episode, I’m sharing my personal journey of losing 25 pounds after getting sober. For me, it wasn’t just about the physical weight—I had to heal emotionally, mentally, and spiritually too. I’ll dive into how I worked on healing my nervous system, shifting my mindset, and bringing spiritual practices into my daily routine. One thing that really clicked for me was understanding how "protective weight" works and the whole process of aligning my thoughts and actions with my health goals.
