Here's some relaxation tips that I've been doing recently that have really helped me get a deeper sleep at night, even with a busy ADHD brain and mind. Poor sleep makes ADHD impairments and symptoms worse, so let's find ways to calm ADHD at bedtime, and sleep better so we can be Healthy and Happy ADHD Girls.
