  • Move, for your mind’s sake
Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw are the ever-smiling duo behind the Keep It Cleaner fitness and health online empire. The pair are based in Melbourne and so are currently in lockdown, and have spent much of that time working on the relaunch of their hugely popular KIC programme. We chatted to them about how they deal with lack of motivation, what gets them out of bed (when they really don’t feel like it) and the power of a killer playlist.  You can find the new KIC FIT programme online here, and follow the girls on Instagram too. Steph is at @stephclairesmith and Laura is at @laura.henshaw.  Drop us a question, or just join in the chat, via the Healthy-ish Australia Facebook page, here. Keen for funny memes and health inspo?
