Sarah is one of my best friends + she opens her heart today to share about her healing journey with her chronic illness. It has been 7 years since she's had an autoimmune disease, numerous parasites + chronic viral infections. She almost had to drop out of college, her hair was falling out, her periods were extremely painful + had tons of symptoms. She went to over 10 doctors and got heaps of blood tests that keep saying how she was healthy, but her symptoms were worsening. She saw how antibiotics had such a harsh impact on her body + often served as a quick fix, but destroyed her gut + symptoms kept returning. Asking for help has been such a challenging thing in my life. A lot of the time we are afraid to ask for help, because of the fears of being made fun of, laughed at, being seen as weak, or simply rejection. A reminder that curiosity is empowering and courageous. The word help has a negative connotation -- if you get a counselor or a life coach then something is "wrong" with you...I'm here to demystify that is SO WRONG. We all need help. Vulnerability is the key to connection. When asking for help you don't have to apologize or overexplain! Also, don't block yourself from receiving the help. That feeling of why do I deserve to put myself first over everyone else? The yucky gunky guilt that arises when you even think about saying no or setting a boundary or not doing more work. Remember that when you don't take care of yourself, you cannot take care of others with your whole heart. Sometimes we think if when we start putting ourselves first we think that we're going to go into this mental space where no one else's needs matter + we'll become this narcissist....that AINT gonna happen. As you focus on your own health and mental wellbeing, you are teaching everyone else how to do this for themselves too. Lead by example. Letting go of the belief that giving to others is why I am worthy. A false idea that putting yourself first is just the joyful, peaceful activities -- it's also the hard things like taking care of our finances + setting boundaries. Really get to know yourself + what your needs are. Start creating energetic boundaries + call back all the pieces of yourself + return the ones that aren't yours. Setting verbal boundaries with loved ones, work, anyone in your life + using communication all along the way. Remember you can't change anyone else, but yourself + you can only control you. You are so much kinder to others when you nourish yourself + you just radiate this glow + make people feel good just by entering a room.

✨I should feel guilty when I'm not prioritizing myself, because it affects how well I can take care of everyone else! 

✨When we take care of ourselves, we are increasing our quality of life 

Devon aka the Black Air Bender is the pioneer of alchemy breathwork, breath artist + he's combined ancient practices with sacred geometry utilizing the perspective of human technology. He wears an orgone plated pyramid inspired by doctor Fred bell's research. Multi-wave oscillator is two Tesla coils together + copper wiring + beam frequencies at a certain rate and would heal people with illnesses + eradicated them out of the body. The best to influence people is leading by example, Devon mentioned how he hasn’t been sick for 7 years. He explains how his journey started with a mediation + orgonite pyramid that lead to an orgonite business. All the times he's gone through turmoil in his life, he asked himself, how was I breathing? He discusses the universal numbers are 3, 6, 9. We go over how the mind is in theta within the first 5 minutes of waking up + the importance of connecting to breath during that time. He says if you are ever panting/ having anxiety/ nightmares to focus on your breath + then rewiring the story. Color therapy with the breath, even with color blind therapy + how to become centered through observing color. His main mission is to spread breath consciousness. He looks up to Lao Tzu and his book Tao Te Ching. How he protects his own energy being a healer. He doesn't have to sleep much, because he doesn't eat much and therefore he cultivates a lot of energy. He says mouth breathing is dehydrating itself, so working on co2 tolerance + breathwork. People with deviated septum + people who hike mountains and use oxygen tanks came to him and now breathe wonderfully on their own.

✨ What you do frequently, literally becomes your frequency 

✨ The external world will rule the way you breathe, until you rule the way you breathe 

✨ Breath can help you gain control of your own sovereignty. This is when you can control your internal world, anytime you want, beyond what the external world is doing.
