Esmé was taken deep into the underworld after her first birth ended in painful sabotage, which resulted in a long struggle with nursing.

After she consciously conceived her second baby, Esmé healed so much of her story with the freebirth of her daughter.

Esmé talks about trusting Spirit to hold her, ancestral healing, and the importance of a connected group of women to lean on when the struggles of life arise.
