To continue our 100th episode celebratio, we had two returning guests—BFFs themselves —to get metaphysical and theoretical with us. 
 

Both Leah and Dana have a way of breaking your brain in the best possible way. Every time you walk away from a conversation with them you see something that you didn’t know you don’t know!

Dana is a transformational coach, teacher, and guide here to help ever-evolving souls remember the truth of who we really are, not just who we are taught to be. 

She spent over a decade as a radical grassroots activist and organizer and burnout lead her to her own inner work, and to ultimately evolve her activism into guided personal transformation as the key to our compassionate, collective becoming. 

Her practical magic approach to growth is channeled through what she affectionately refers to as slowdown medicine - to help us see how we truly belong to each other.

Leah is a veteran teacher and former activist, whose healing practice is centered at the intersection of decoloniality, justice, and narrative re-writes in order to help clients and communities untangle trauma and integrate their innate and eternal power. 

She is a PhD candidate in the CLIE program at Pacifica Graduate Institute. She lives in Los Angeles with her partner, cat, and about 7,000 vinyl records.

In this episode, Sophie Strand shares about Deep Ecology, smell, touch and nature. Her perspective on spirituality and humanity in nature answered a lot of questions about our longing to be in certain places and also created even more questions.

Kelsey is an anticapitalist astrologer, teacher, and community initiator. As a being ruled by Jupiter, she is deeply engaged in the processes of expansion and understanding of self, other, relationality, and consciousness. Kelsey is oriented towards the process of deconditioning from programming and returning to the core self. 
 

She uses tools like astrology and human design to support this process with those she works with.
