Hello, my name is Romeo. Today, I made you a comfort poem for those sad days when you want to do nothing but stay in bed and cry.

Before we begin let’s take a deep breath together

When sadness takes hold of my heart,

And tears threaten never to depart,

I remind myself with every breath,

That even in darkness, there is light.

I am not alone in my pain,

Others have walked this path before me,

And found their way to joy again,

So I will too, just wait and see.

I am stronger than this moment,

And I will not let sadness define me,

I choose to find comfort and peace,

And let my heart and soul be free.

With each passing day, I will heal,

And my spirit will grow stronger still,

For I am loved, worthy, and real,

And happiness will come, with time and will.

So I hold on to hope and trust,

And embrace the comfort in every small joy,

For even in sadness, there is love and lust,

And life is still worth living and enjoying again.
