How long does it take to start making money flipping houses?

It doesn’t happen overnight.  But having said that, if you’ve been “studying” how to flip houses for a couple years now and haven’t done any deals yet, you’re doing something wrong.  

So how long does it take?  I have a theory on this, and what I’ve seen from my students has confirmed this to be true… but you might disagree…
