Hey guys!  I have a hard time relaxing when I’m on my own… so I decided to record some thoughts!

Last week, we held an awesome master class with Dave Payerchin on flipping rentals properties using a turnkey model.  And it struck me in that call that Dave is an example of someone who just makes it happen…

His entire strategy, for example, is built around finding a way to make a deal work, even if it doesn’t seem like the numbers make sense at first glance.

No matter what market changes come along, no matter what new rules or laws are enacted, there will always be investors making money in real estate.

If you want to be one of them, you just have to find a way to make it happen!
