I see a lot of people who get into this business and start flipping houses without knowing very much about it.

They just learn as they go.

And you know what?  That’s a great way to do it.

I’m serious.  As long as you’ve learned the fundamentals and you’re taking the right steps to protect yourself (something I’ve talked about before), then “learning by doing” is great.

On the flip side, I also see a lot of people who just learn, learn, learn, learn… but they never actually dive in and start taking action.

They just hide behind the latest real estate investing book.

This is a huge problem… and in today’s episode of the House Flipping HQ Podcast, I’m going to talk about why… and what you should do about it.
