My assistant, Vanessa Feil, definitely helps my business run smoothly and I couldn't get so many things done without her invaluable help.  So, getting her on the podcast to share a bit of what she does to help my house flipping business run was something I knew you'd love to hear.  We discuss everything from how I found and hired her, what I initially paid her and the best ways to start working with an assistant.
