I was going to quit.

I was going to throw in the towel.

I didn’t know what to do, and it wasn’t worth my time.

This is how I felt just 3 years ago.

I had been trying to help people learn how to flip houses.

I had systematized and automated most of my own house flipping business, which gave me a lot of free time… and people were always wanting to “pick my brain” or “meet up for lunch” to chat about house flipping but there was no way I could help everyone that way…

So I decided to start a podcast.

I decided to start a coaching and training program.

And I’ll be honest, it wasn’t easy.

I was working 60+ hours per week just trying to get House Flipping HQ off the ground.  We weren’t reaching many people.  We weren’t helping many people.

And I had meant for it to be a business, but we weren’t making much money.

I was about to refund everybody and shut the whole thing down.

Fast forward to now…

Through the House Flipping HQ podcast, through House Flipping Formula, 6 Figure Flipping, 7 Figure Flipping, Flip Hacking LIVE, masterclasses, and all the other resources we’ve brought together, we've been able to help thousands of people… I’ve gotten to meet and work with and partner with some of the most amazing real estate investors in the nation…

…and it's been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences of my life.

What happened?

What changed from 3 years ago to today?

Well first off, let me just say that this isn’t something I talk about much here at House Flipping HQ.  My goal here is to help you grow your house flipping or wholesaling business.

And I pretty much stick to that…

But we all have something in common.

We’re on a journey to change our lives by building a business out of something we love.

And I’ve had a lot of help on that journey from a guy named Russell Brunson.

That couldn’t be further from the truth.

Opportunities are created.
