This past weekend, Tara and I flew to Novi, Michigan.

And we spent 3 days hanging out with some of the top house flippers and wholesalers in the country.

Here’s the thing.

We’ve had some GREAT events in the past.  Life-changing events.

But this one tops them all…

On today’s episode of the House Flipping HQ, we’re diving in and sharing what went down at this meeting… including some killer takeaways!

After you listen to the episode (or before, ha ha!), I want you to think about something…

I’ll tell you what I think.

(Actually, I don’t think it… I KNOW it, because I’ve seen it over and over again.)

The difference is the little things.

It’s the tiny tweaks that can 10X your success.

I said this the other day… flipping houses isn’t rocket science.

It’s actually pretty straightforward.

(Not saying it’s easy… it’s just a fairly straightforward process.)

We’re all pretty much doing the same basic thing…

…but there are tons of these “insider secrets,” these little tweaks, that push the pros way, WAY beyond the rest.

I’ll give you a really basic example…

The difference between a direct mail campaign that brings you 10X more leads versus one that flops could be as simple as having the “right” words on your mailer, or getting just a little bit more dialed in with how you source your list.

That’s basic stuff, of course…

…but you get the idea.

Tiny tweaks.

Little hacks and tricks and secrets that you can ONLY get from years of experience and trial-and-error.

That’s what takes you from doing 1 deal per month to doing 20+ per month, or even 30+ like Andy McFarland is doing now.

These “tweaks” are the kinds of things that got shared at the 7 Figure Flipping event last weekend.

These “tweaks” are what Andy and Bill Allen and Mike and Mike share with our 7FF members every day.

And it has been AWESOME to watch so many of our 7 Figure Flipping members grow their businesses and scale their marketing and hire and build teams and refine, refine, REFINE everything they’re doing…

Not through trial-and-error.

Instead, they’re learning from the trial-and-error of others.

(Which is the best way to learn in my opinion, ha ha!)
