I’m going to do something crazy.

I’m going to take you inside the 7 Figure Flipping mastermind group and let you listen in on an entire expert-level presentation from one of our members.

Okay, here’s the deal…

We don’t usually share 7FF presentations.

The stuff we talk about in this group is advanced, exclusive, and usually our members share things they wouldn’t share with just anyone.

But yesterday we wrapped up day 2 of our October 7 Figure Flipping event…

And in the middle of the day, I snuck out to do a quick podcast.

I got Michael’s permission to let you in on this… so here goes…

I’ve had Michael Green on the podcast before, not too long ago.  Michael has flipped 650+ houses.  He’s a 7-figure income earner who works in his business less than 25 hours per week.

But he didn’t start out that way.

He dropped out of high school in the 10th grade, and since then, he’s been through a lot of ups and downs.

But it’s amazing to see what he has accomplished…

And today, he’s leading the movement of what he calls “new school” house flipping.

There are SO MANY people who talk about how this business “doesn’t work…”

But it’s really just because they’re trying to follow an outdated approach.

A while ago, Michael saw things starting to change in the house flipping world.

The “old school” methods weren’t working anymore.

So he went out and met with a ton of high-level house flippers and wholesalers around the country…

…and he got them to show him EXACTLY how they were doing it.

(This is literally what we do in 7FF, by the way… the only difference is we bring the best and brightest together all in one place.  Saves time and travel costs, ha ha!)

What Michael learned changed EVERYTHING for him…
