My son has been surfing on and off for 4 years.

But he’s never taken it very seriously…

…until now.

Surf club started at school, and now he’s REALLY into it.

He already understood the basics…

But now he wants to learn as much about surfing as he can.

So we got him a surf coach.

And these next few months are going to be the most important months for his training.

Here’s why…

If he sticks with it and follows the coach’s instructions, he’s going to start getting EXPONENTIALLY better and better.

(It’s already starting to happen.)

This is how it works in ANY venture…

You get the basics in place…

…and then you hit the “ramp.”

The ramp is where everything starts to compound… where you’re able to act on what you’ve learned and REALLY apply the new things you’re learning.

And you start to see massive results very quickly.

But most people don’t make it to the ramp.

They get to where the ramp SHOULD be…

…but then they stop.

They hold back.

For my son, the ramp was the surf coach…

Getting him a spot with that coach was like putting lighter fluid on a smoldering fire.

Suddenly he’s making HUGE progress (fast).

The same is true when it comes to flipping houses.

Yet I see people holding back, afraid to add that fuel to the fire.

And that’s what I want to talk about on today’s episode of the House Flipping HQ podcast…
