If you want to succeed flipping houses…

…then you have to put in the work.

That doesn’t mean you have to reinvent the wheel.

It doesn’t mean you have to figure it all out on your own.

But it does mean you have to put in the effort.

When you’re first starting out, you’re going to be working a lot.

I’m talking about working in the evenings when you get home from your day job…

Working on the weekends…

You get the idea.

Pushing off work or “saving it for tomorrow” is a good sign that your desire to succeed isn’t strong enough.

Don’t get me wrong…

I’m a HUGE believer in systematizing everything.

The reason we all get into this business is to create a life we love, where we have MORE time, MORE resources, MORE opportunities to do things on our own terms.

But you won’t get to that point overnight.

And before you get there, you have to WORK and WORK HARD.
