You’re going to fail.

In house flipping or in any business…

…you’re going to get stuck sometimes.  You’re going to hit walls.  It’s going to get hard.

When some people fail, it’s all over for them.

That’s it.  They’re done.  They say, “No more.”  They give up.

When others fail, it’s just one more step on the road to success.

So what’s the difference?

What secret “thing” do some people have that others don’t, that lets them fail again and again and keep going?

Simple…

They KNOW it’s possible.

They KNOW it can be done.

And they know that if they simply do what other successful investors have done, they’ll achieve it.

It’s not easy.

But it’s not rocket science either.

If one person can do it, another person can do it.

That’s the difference.

This is why I believe one of the most important things you can do if you want to succeed at flipping or wholesaling houses is to get around other serious investors who are on the same journey or who have already achieved what you want to achieve.

I used to think mastermind groups were kind of silly.

I used to think I didn’t need any of that.

Looking back, I want to kick myself.

NOTHING has had a bigger impact on my business and my life than getting around the right people.

When you can clearly see what’s possible, because you’re watching others do it…

Well, that changes everything.

Nothing can stop you.

With that said, I have one quick announcement…
