Last year at Flip Hacking LIVE, I brought a guy named Nate Eckles up to the stage…

Nate has a daughter named Ryleigh.  She’s 11 year old…

…and she’s a big part of Nate’s house flipping / wholesaling business.

She’s kind of obsessed with real estate investing, actually.

• She listens to my podcast (woo hoo!)…
• She helps Nate sell houses, she gives video tours…
• And she’s literally the “face” of the business.

Her dream is to run her own house flipping and wholesaling operation someday.  But she wasn’t able to join her dad at Flip Hacking LIVE last year, and she was super bummed about missing it.

Well, I’m a big believer in getting kids into entrepreneurship…

I’m a big believer in teaching kids to take control of their lives from a young age.

I want to support Ryleigh and her dream (and Nate too, ha ha).

So I said to Nate, “Let’s fly you two out here to California this summer and meet up!”

Last week, we did just that…

Nate and Ryleigh spent a few days here on the beach, learning to surf, going to Disneyland, and of course, talking shop!

Ryleigh had a ton of house flipping questions she wanted to ask me…

So I said, “Let’s do it on the podcast!”

And honestly, these were really good questions…
