It’s a lesson I learned recently.

And learning it wasn’t fun.  But it was good.  It was humbling.

It’s one of those “brain shifts” that can make all the difference between success and failure in your house flipping business, in your relationships, and in life in general.

But if I’m being honest… I almost didn’t share this.

I didn’t want to.

Why? Well, because in order to talk about this, I have to own up to some of my flaws.

(I’m a work in progress just like everyone else, ha ha…)
