So if you’re like most people…

…you’re probably going to come up with some “goals” for the new year.

Nothing wrong with that.

But I know too many people who come up with their goals an hour or two before midnight on December 31st or worse, a few weeks into January when the fun of the holidays starts to wear off and they realize they need to buckle down and get serious or this year is going to be just like last year.

And the sad part is…

Even after setting those goals, many people will give up on them a few weeks or months into the year.

It happens again and again.

Let’s get something straight here…

You DEFINITELY need to have a plan and a vision for your house flipping or wholesaling business if you want to grow.

But if you’re setting “goals” for 2019 like I described above…

…it might actually be hurting you instead of helping you.

Truth is, you really shouldn’t be setting “goals” at all.
