Hey! Justin Williams here… it's been a while!

I hope you had a great Christmas and a happy New Year.

Let's talk about the elephant in the room.

The elephant's name is 2019.

Yep… it's a new year.

That means 12 new months of possibilities and potential.

What are you going to do with it?

What are you going to do differently?

A lot of people start each new year strong, determined to take massive action and reach their goals, but after a few weeks or a month or two they stumble and lose their way, and then BAM… they snap right back to how they were before.

And they stay stuck, year after year.

There's 1 simple reason why…

The reason is, they haven't had the epiphany.

These people are trying to change their actions and muster up more willpower and create new habits out of thin air…

…and they fail because nothing has changed INSIDE THEM.

They haven't had the epiphany.

The epiphany is where real change starts.

And looking back on my life, I've realized that every period of new growth and increased success started with an epiphany… a massive shift in my thinking.

I'm not saying this to brag.

(It's actually the opposite… I kind of cringe now realizing the false beliefs I was holding on to for so long, which I'm about to share with you…)

The epiphanies you have will determine your success this year.

And this is what I'm digging into on today's episode of the podcast.
