Okay, let’s talk about sales.

Sales is one of the most important parts of your house flipping or wholesaling business.

When you’re taking calls from motivated sellers…

…you’re doing sales.

When you sit down to negotiate a purchase price and sign a contract…

…that’s sales.

When you’re working with a buyer to assign a wholesale deal…

…sales again.

I think you get the idea.

Even if you have an acquisitions manager going on appointments for you…

…sales is STILL the backbone of your business.

The fastest way to start doing more deals and making more money is to level up your sales skills.

But this is easier said than done.

(I’ve learned that the hard way.)

Getting good at sales is not easy.  Hiring and training good salespeople… well, that might be even harder.

Over the past 2 years, I’ve been working on building a rock-star sales team.

And there have been some MAJOR ups and downs.

But like I’ve said before… problems are learning opportunities.

So with that said…
