Let’s get something straight…

In theory, flipping and wholesaling houses isn’t complicated.

(The basic concept is pretty simple, actually.)

But just ask anyone who’s actually doing this business…

…and they’ll tell you there are a LOT of moving parts.

There’s no “secret trick” that makes it all easy.

There’s no way to skip the hard work.

A lot of gurus will try to sell you on that kind of dream…

…but the truth is, real estate investing is a real business.  And if you want to make money at, you have to treat it like one.

I’ve had the chance to talk to a lot of high-level, experienced house flippers and wholesalers over this past week.

And I noticed something…

A lot of these guys and gals feel overwhelmed.

Yes, they’re doing deals.

Yes, they’re making money.

But they’re putting in long hours.  They’re doing just about all of the work themselves.

And they feel like they’re falling short.

They feel like they’re missing some important pieces.

(And they may be right.)
