Today we are visited by my brother, Steven Williams who I've been mentoring with his house flipping business.  This is a “fly on the wall” look at a coaching call where we're talking about his approach during the first couple weeks of his real estate investing journey.  We talk about how to approach his deals, we analyze some properties he's looking at and review first steps Steven can take to “fail forward fast” and make progress.
