I'm back! It's great to be back on the Mic and share what's been going on during the few weeks that you haven't heard from me.

First off, I have a new acquisitions coordinator. Originally I thought it would take a few months for him to get up to speed, but just when I thought that, BOOM! He got a house under contract!

It made me realize that I should share a few fundamentals about how to be successful in this business so today I'm giving you a few lessons to take with you on your House Flipping Journey.

   • Believe in yourself that you have the ability to be successful in your business
   • You also need to Believe that your system will work and you have to believe that there is always a way to make things work
2. Learn the Fundamentals
   • You need to Educate yourself and understand the essentials things to make your system
3. Fail Fast
   • You need to take action and keep on coming back for questions. from failure you learn.
4. Focus
   • You need to have your own standards. Stay on your ground and determine your priority and give your 100% attention on it.
5. Leverage
   • You have to leverage other people's time as much as you value your time.
6. Systems
   • If you don't have systems in place and make work things hand and hand then you will not be able to make anything work
7. Right People
   • We are a mix the top 5 people that we surround our selves with. surround yourself with mind-liked people.
   • Surround your self with people that believe you can succeed on your business
8. Time Management
   • Pick out a certain amount of time that you will focus on one thing. Avoid Rabbit holes and determine what would be productive and not productive things.
   • Focus on the Highest and Best use of your time.
9. Persistence
   • The Ability to keep calm and keep going plus the attitude of resilience would be your number one asset
10. Adaptability
    • You need to change and adjust your system and the way you do things.
    • Be open to change and be quick on your feet
