The Biggest Flipping Failure is: Hector Perez!

A huge congratulations and pat on the back to Hector Perez!  He is the winner of the Biggest Flipping Failure Challenge and as you heard in last week's episode, took some massive action and fell flat on his face (but learned a ton in the process)!
