Today, I interview Justin Colby, a professional house flipper, wholesaler, and real estate developer who started out “broke, busted, and disgusted” 7 years ago and is now taking massive action to scale his business while finding creative opportunities in a highly competitive real estate market!

Justin Colby has completed hundreds of transactions, and his story is a powerful example of the value of taking action where it counts and getting the right guidance from the right people.  “We did 6 deals,” he says.  “The year after that, we did 20. The year after that, we did 43.  The year after that, we did 96, and so on, and so on, and now we’re developing 79 homes, we’re wholesaling 3 to 5 a month, and we’re flipping about 1 a month.”

Yes, you read that right—Justin Colby is currently building 79 townhomes from the ground up, something he has never done before, while continuing to push his wholesaling and retail flipping business.  Listen in as he shares his story and how he does it!
