Today I interview Mark Podolsky, the “Land Geek,” who gives us the rundown on making passive money through investing in raw land!  This is something a bit different than what I usually feature on this podcast; like I always say, there are a million ways to make a million dollars, and this is another one!  However, don't let this distract you from your focus, whether that's wholesaling or house flipping or whatever it may be.
