This past week, I took my family to Raging Waters, a water park here in Southern California.  We had so much fun, we went twice in one week!  And on the second visit, I found myself in the middle of a big learning experience that I want to share with you…

Honestly, even though this was happening right in front of me, I could barely believe it myself.  But what I saw taught me something that I think is so profound and so important to keep in mind if you want to succeed at house flipping… or in any other aspect of life!
