A few takeaways from today’s episode.

• There are opportunities everywhere.  You never know when one will pop up, so stay alert!
• Sometimes you have to stick to your guns.  Stick to your number—sellers will often reject the first offer, but then come around later when they’re really ready to sell.
• What one person can do, another person can do—within reason, of course.  If “they” can do it, you can do it.
• You’re not far from massive success—we are all just an inch away from massive success.
• No matter what happens, you’re always learning.  Nothing is wasted.
