Today’s episode is a little slice of life—my family and I are on a road trip along the West Coast, and it has been amazing…it’s just unbelievable how beautiful this place is.

In today’s episode, my wife Tara narrates and we share some of the highlights of our trip!

So… why are we talking about a road trip on a house flipping podcast?  Because it’s so important to stay inspired and to remember your “why.”  Why do you work as hard as you do?  Why pursue success?

Being able to spend time with my family and create incredible memories is my “why.”  As you move forward on your real estate journey, always keep your “why” at the forefront of your mind.

• Happiness and true success is what you make of it.  What you do with your life, and the relationships you build and memories you share… these are the things that matter.
• Success is in your head and in the actions that you take.  It isn’t something that “happens” to you—it’s something you create by having the right mindset and taking the right action.
• Don't be afraid to make the dream a reality.  It's not easy, but it's also not as hard as we often think.  You can do this!
