I've had a few things on my mind lately… specifically, I've realized I'm living a life of mediocrity. I'm not living up to my full potential at all… and I need to get after it even more!

A year ago this week, I got a phone call from Andy that helped open the door for me to buy more properties out of state, in states I had never been to. That one thing has transformed my business… since then, I've bought around 70 houses out of state. And these houses will bring in roughly a million dollars for me that I wouldn't have made otherwise.

That one thing took my business to a whole new level.

But I've realized that this is still just the beginning. In many ways, I'm living a life of mediocrity, not living up to my full potential… and it's time to change that. What about you? Where do you feel like you still have room to grow, and what's one thing you can do today to take you to that next level?
