I hate excuses.  I hate the words “yeah, but…”  And when I hear someone saying that they just “can’t” buy houses in today’s market for whatever reason, it gets me fired up.

I recently talked to a fellow investor who insisted that buying houses is really hard right now.  I’m here to tell you that’s NOT the case.
